Practitioners who provide services on our platform include: Nutritionists, Dietitians, Therapists, Counselors, Coaches, Childbirth Educators, Naturopathic Doctors, Hypnotherapists, Meditation Practitioners, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners, Ayurvedic Practitioners, Holistic Health Practitioner and other wellness practitioners.

Do I need to register?
Yes. Registration is required to use our services. We respect your privacy. You can read our Privacy Policy here.
What technology do I need to use HealthCrowd?
All you need is a cell phone, landline or a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) number.
What is telehealth? Is HealthCrowd telehealth?
Yes - telehealth is simple the use of technology to facilitate health consultations.
Is telehealth effective?
Yes - the services that are offered by our Practitioners can be effectively provided remotely, and to a large extent, are already being done over the phone today.
How do I make a payment?
We accept all major credit cards.
Why do you require my credit card information to book an appointment?
Your credit card is required for verification purposes. We do not charge you until the end of a consultation.
Why do I need to fill in a Personal Health Record prior to a consultation?
It allows your Practitioner to have some background information on you prior to the consultation so that he/she can be best prepared to help you.
What happens if the telephone line disconnects during a consultation?
Stay by your phone. Your phone will ring again and you will be reconnected to your Practitioner.
Are online consultations on HealthCrowd secure?
Yes, HealthCrowd encrypts data via 256-bit SSL encryption and complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Why is my consultation with the Practitioner recorded?
Yes. The call will be recorded as a value-added service to you. We would like you to be able to focus on your consultation, not on taking notes and having to remember everything. Only you will have access to the recording. We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The recording of the consultation is encrypted and will not be released without your permission.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
You can cancel your appointment by logging into your account, or by e-mailing support@healthcrowd.com. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of $25.
Are the services on HealthCrowd covered by insurance?
Not at the moment.
