Neng Bing Doh, Chief Executive Officer

Bing has extensive experience managing online media businesses and marketing consumer web properties. She was most recently VP & GM at Tribal Fusion, a top 5 global digital ad network, heading up their in-text advertising business. Previously, she was on the management team of consumer shopping start-up, iStorez (acquired). At Connexus (now Epic Media), she tripled their display advertising business to $25M+ and brought it into profitability. She also grew their affiliate revenue by 10X+ and was responsible for building hundreds of compelling consumer experiences. She also advises early-stage media start-ups. Her objective is to apply behavioral change techniques learnt from her prior experiences, to the healthcare industry. Bing holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from UW-Madison, and an MBA from Cornell University, where she was an SC Johnson Merit Scholar.

Bern Shen MD, Chief Medical Officer

Formerly double Board Certified in internal medicine and emergency medicine, Bern practiced clinically for 15 years at Yale, Pitt, UCSF and international sites as diverse as Nepal, the Marshall Islands, and the South Pole. He then transitioned to a tech career, did medical software and business development for HP and Oracle, served as Intel’s Chief Healthcare Strategist and then worked with health/tech start-ups as a co-founder, advisor or investor as a member of the Band of Angels. In the non-profit arena, he led the health practice at the Institute for the Future, served as Chairman of The Health Trust and as a Board member of several other non-profits, and has adjunct faculty appointments in schools of medicine, pharmacy and business at UCSF and the University of Iowa. Bern holds an A.B. (Biochemistry) from Harvard and an MD, MPhil. (Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry) from Yale.

George Ulmer, Chief Technology Officer

George has worked most recently applying various Artificial Intelligence algorithms to the challenge of trading stocks and other liquid assets. As principal of Boost Media Solutions, he consulted on a multitude of Internet and DVD projects including BMW’s The Hire II. Prior to Boost, George was the Director of Technology at a new media company where, as technical lead, he managed and developed a wide variety of projects including the production of DVDs for Columbia/Tri-Star’s Spider-Man and Nike, featuring menus in 6 languages. George also managed and worked on numerous projects for Warner Brothers including The Matrix and Iron Giant DVD-ROM disks in Japanese, Swordfish and Columbia/Tri-Star’s Trumpet of the Swan. Online work include an interactive television streaming video project for Cisco Systems Inc. George attended UCLA and Doshisha University, Japan, and speaks 5 languages.
